    I’m 11 and 90 pounds size 16-18 now 10-12 because I ate nothing buy cereal muesli if your in America granola and did not drink anything not even water because water gives you a beer belly it was hard because my mum would always want me to eat (she didn’t know I was dieting) but I still kept with it it was had smelling my mums delicious food and craveing sweets especilly when my friends would offer me them but I just kept dieting the little eating and no water made me tired but it was worth it and when I came became the size I want I stared eating healthy and makeing sure I control my eating and I controled my craveing by eating a small handful of musli (granola) with no milk and try to use skimmed milk 🙂

PLEASE dont ever do that again. The only way to lose weight and last it s to eat healthy and exercise a little every day

    I don’t know who told you that coffee was good for you. In all my years of drinking coffee I have never felt that I was doing myself a favour, I’ve heard that it destroys vitamin C and it is the caffeine, which is a drug that gives you that wake up, which depletes energy levels for the future and I’ve been reading about how milk products look good under a microscope, but the human body does not assimilate mild products very easily and I read a testimony of a woman who gave up dairy products for four months and was healed of rheumatoid arthritis and on returning to dairy it came back again. Plus countries that don’t drink milk have much better health than those countries that do! That we get just as much calcium as we need from raw fruit and veg which is perfect for the body to assimilate. Also that people who use protein products in fasting for fear of muscle waste have actually died as a result.

    First of all 523, I have been where you are at. When I was in 7th grade I was one of the heaviest kids. Then that summer transition before the eighth grade I lost 42 pounds. All I at was boiled eggs and drank water. I ate two boiled eggs in the morning (No Yolk). Then I wouldn’t eat until dinner. Dinner was always a small portioned meal, usually a GRILLED chicken salad. This wasn’t the healthiest way but it is a lot heathier than what your doing.

    Also I incorporated multi-vitamins, and I also ran twice a day. Don’t start off trying to kill yourself. I remember I was embarrased at my ability, and then eventually I was running longer distance and better times then anyone in my school. Then once I got into school I just ate right. Stay away from the sugars and caffeine. Also If you can cut bad carbs out of your diet and you exercise daily you will find much better and much faster results.

    Try to drink 12 8-ounce glasses of water a day MINIMUM. My friends all drink gatorade and powerade etc. That stuff is packed with corn syrup as it is high in fructose.

    Here is the main thing; if you have a tendency to snack then that should determine your diet. Even though you should limit your snacking throughout the day it is actually good for you to snack if you do it the right way. It doesn’t mean eat what you want whenever you want it or eat how much you want. It simply means that if you can incorporate it into your diet. For example: eat three course meals (don’t over do it), for me I start out with an english muffin with an egg white and a piece of canadian bacon. Then I eat a snack around 11:15 (Lean Beef Jerkey, peanuts, fruit, meal replacement bar/shake etc; lunch around 1:30, snack by 4, dinner no later than 6 PM ( eating later or off schedule can throw your diet off and is somewhat confusing to your body).

    Im 14 , i weight 112 and i wanna be 98 , i used to be tht and now i gained it back some how, i excerise everyday for like 2 hrs, i eat healthy but i guess not healthy enough, some people say u should lose weight by reducing calories or some say to eat about 1200 a day , but the thing is wenever i eat i feel anxiety and i dont wanna eat… im afraid i will be fat:( please help me

      At 14 years old, you shouldn’t worry too much about your weight. Your body is still going through many changes, so you don’t want to try and manipulate that process by dieting. The most important thing is to focus on eating nutritionally-dense meals — vegetables, fruits, whole grains (pasta, rice, breads and cereals), low-fat milk and lean meats.       Exercising for 2 hours per day isn’t necessary — I assume you’re talking about in a gym or treadmill or something like that. It’s good to be physically active throughout the day, but don’t spend 2 hours of your day in the gym. Try to bike, rollerblade, swim or play sports each day. Also, simple exercises like push-ups, crunches and jumping rope are great for building strength at your age — do these types of exercises twice per week.

    Kylee and any other girl under the age of 15, Im 17, when I was between the ages of 11 and 14 I put my body through alot. Alot of girls grow during this stage then stop growing at around 15 or 16. So basically when I was 11, I weighed around 135 and I was 5’4 from that point until I was 13 I grew about 4 inches. I would go through stages where I would look “fat” and I would freak out and cry and stop eating when really I was about to grow an inch and strech out and I needed that extra pudge so I would look healthy. Give yourself a break. There is no miracle way to make yourself in top shape at your age. You are just fine the way you are and you will get out of this awkward body phase during highschool.

    these were some goog things but i think i`m just gonna drink water all day and one cup of milk and jump rope for 45 mins. and eat two meals a day! HOPE THIS WORK IF IT DONT WELL ILL HAVE NOTHING EKES TO DO!

    I’m 13 years old, and I drink water throughout the day. I occasionally have soda. Typically no more than once a month. I’m a healthy weight. Don’t starve yourself and crap. Eat a variety of foods. At least do some physical activity 60 mins a day. That’s how you can lose weight if your actually overweight or NEED to lose weight.
